:::: WHY CHOOSE TRITON |
| |
| We know that employees today
(especially divers) have many options on where they chose to work.
Each company offers their own unique work environment that makes them
different from the next. At Triton, we believe the following points
differentiate us from our competitors. If these attributes fit with
what you’re looking for in a professional diving company, we invite
you to complete an “Employment Inquiry” or submit your resume. |
| |
- Safe is “how” we work - every job,
every day. It is not a “priority”, “number one” or any other cliché.
- We are a professional DIVING
company. We don’t have a diving “division”. We are not a
construction company, oil company, pipeline laying company,
demolition/salvage company or any other type of company that ALSO
does diving.
- We are a member of the Association
of Diving Contractors (ADC) and are an official Women’s Business
Enterprise (WBE). Our Chief Operating Officer is a former diver.
- We are a medium sized company that
has shown continued growth since our inception in June 1999.
- We dive to depths of 300’. We do not
have saturation diving. We don’t try to be everything to everybody.
- The work we perform we do with
quality.
- We have Master Service Agreements
with major and independent oil companies, derrick barge companies
and construction companies.
- You will not be a number. We will
know you by name. We have a professional, friendly, family
atmosphere.
- We have one location where all
Triton employees work. You will meet and interact with upper
management of the company. They are not in the 30th floor in some
building in another city.
- We offer competitive pay based on
“abilities and merit”. The more you bring to the table, the more you
will be rewarded.
- We don’t employ freelance divers.
When a customer calls for divers, we want to rely on our regular,
committed, loyal dive personnel to do the work. For these employees
we offer a solid benefits package including health, dental, life,
AD&D and an employer matching 401(k).
- We perform pre-employment, random,
post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug tests. If you do drugs,
don’t apply!
