
Karen T. StallKaren T. Stall is Triton’s CEO. She received a bachelor of arts from University of New Orleans. Karen owned a retail business for 14 years from which she utilizes her many years of business experience to provide guidance and direction to Triton. Her influence is a primary reason Triton has become an emerging leader in the commercial diving industry. Karen is a member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and Women’s Leadership Initiative. Karen volunteers for numerous philanthropic causes focused on improving the future of our children and schools throughout the Gulf South.
Charles P. "Chuck" StallCharles P. "Chuck" Stall is Triton's Chief Operating Officer. He received a bachelor of science from University of New Orleans in Biology. He began his career as a tender for a major marine contractor, J. Ray McDermott Inc., in 1977. Since then he has worked as diver, supervisor, project manager, sales/estimator and vice-president of business development at various dive companies. He has incorporated that experience with a basic philosophy of “Achievement Through Teamwork” and has assembled a company that is safe, proficient and dependable.
Mark J. Jeansonne Mark J. Jeansonne joined Triton as President in May 2008. Mark previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for First Bank and Trust and Corporate Capital, LLC. Prior to that, Mark was General Counsel and Secretary at Radiofone, a regional Cellular Telephone and Radio Paging Company operating in a thirteen state area. Mark started his career at Halliburton Services as a field Engineer after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Orleans. He then received his law degree from Loyola University of New Orleans in 1990. Mark provides a wealth of diverse experience and leadership to Triton.
Frank Hazen Frank Hazen, Vice- President of Subsea Operations, began working at Triton Diving in 2006. A diver himself, Frank graduated from Coastal School of Deep Sea Diving in April of 1964. Frank graduated Military Diving School in 1966 and served two tours in Vietnam. Frank’s diving career also boasts being a part of the Shell Cognac Platform in 1977 and 1978 that reached depths of 1,028 feet. In his 45 years in the diving industry Frank has been a Tender, a Diver (air, surface, gas and saturation), Supervisor, Superintendant, Project Manager, and General Manager. Frank also earned his Private Pilot Certificate in 1991 and remains active in flying today.
George Mayer George Mayer joined Triton as Chief Financial Officer in May 2005, having previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Abita Springs Water Company for six years, where he was responsible for finance, accounting, risk management and acquisitions. Prior to that, George worked for seven years in the position of controller for Fuelman, a national fleet fuel management company based in New Orleans, and six years for the international accounting firm of KPMG where he obtained the position of audit manager. George received a degree in accounting from Loyola University and is a certified public accountant.
